Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with original packaging intact.
- Please ensure that original tags, labels, and packaging remain attached and intact.
Note:
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance events are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Email us at contact@pearlblyss.com with your order number, product details, reason for return, and photographs if applicable. - Approval Process:
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide you with a return authorization along with detailed return instructions. - Packaging Your Return:
Please securely package the items, including your original invoice, and clearly mention the provided return authorization number on the package. - Shipping the Return:
Ship the item(s) using a reliable courier service and share the tracking details with us.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
Refund Process
Upon receiving your returned product, our team will inspect it thoroughly. If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds are issued back to your original method of payment.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable except in the case of defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, color, or size, please contact our customer support. Exchanges depend on product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us immediately via email or phone within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photographs clearly showing the issue to expedite the resolution process.

Non-returnable Items
